Biology & labs

Switch to Biology mode with the ☰ button on the home screen.

Biology charts your weight, body fat %, lean mass, blood pressure and fat vs lean change. Life events from your Timeline and your training are shown alongside. Choose a range from 1M to All, and page back with the arrows.

The data comes from Apple Health, for example from a smart scale, a blood-pressure cuff or values you enter yourself. The first time you open Biology, Tempovi asks for permission to read body composition, blood pressure and glucose.

Tap 🧪 Labs to see your blood-test markers over time. Group markers, select the ones you care about, and save the selection.

From Labs, tap Import. You have three options:

  • Choose a file… — an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV file with one marker per row and test dates across the top. No AI needed.
  • Import a lab-report PDF… (AI, optional) — any layout or language, as long as the PDF contains real text. Scanned or photographed reports aren’t supported. Values are matched to your existing markers, and new ones are shown for you to confirm.
  • Paste a Google Drive link — a spreadsheet or Google Sheet shared as anyone with the link.

Before importing, you can choose which test dates and markers to include.

After the import, you can tap Write to Apple Health to copy weight, blood pressure and glucose values into Apple Health.

With an AI key, open a marker and tap Analyse for an explanation of its trend in the context of your training. This is information, not medical advice.
