Open Statistics with the 📈 icon on the home screen.

Choose 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y (the default), 5Y or All. Use ◀ ▶ to move back and forward in time. Most charts follow this window. The exceptions are the power–duration curve and race predictor (all-time bests) and Efficiency Trends (your last 12 aerobic runs). Use the eye icon to show or hide life events from your Timeline on the charts.

Card What it tells you
Performance One 0–100 number for recovery, sleep and training, compared with your own baseline.
Fitness / Fatigue / Form CTL, ATL and TSB over time. Tap it for the full training-load view.
Weekly TSS Training stress per week, from power.
Power–Duration Curve Your best average power for every duration.
Race Predictor Estimated times for common race distances, from your recent running.
Efficiency (SE / EF) Speed per beat (SE: speed ÷ heart rate) and efficiency factor (EF: power ÷ heart rate). Rising values mean your aerobic fitness is improving.
Efficiency Trends The trend in SE and EF over your last 12 aerobic runs. This is the same trend the run review quotes.
Intensity Distribution and Intensity Mix Over Time How your training time splits between easy, moderate and hard.
Load Ratio (ACWR) Your last week’s load compared with the last month’s. Staying roughly between 0.8 and 1.3 keeps injury risk down.
Aerobic Decoupling (Pw:HR) How much heart rate drifts relative to power on steady runs. Under about 5 % suggests a solid aerobic base.
Volume vs Budget This week’s running minutes against the ceiling the coach has set.
