Body Battery & illness warning
Body Battery
Section titled “Body Battery”Body Battery is an estimate of how much energy you have left today, from 0 to 100 %. It charges while you sleep (more after a good recovery) and drains while you’re awake. It drains slowly when you’re calm and faster under stress or training. Tap the Body Battery card on the home screen to see:
- the battery level over the last 24 hours, with sleep, runs and strength sessions marked
- total charged and total drained today, and today’s low and high
- a stress graph below
Stress
Section titled “Stress”Stress (0–100) compares your heart rate with your resting baseline, refined with HRV when the reading is reliable. Walking and other movement isn’t counted as stress. Stress is paused during a workout and while your heart rate is still coming down afterwards.
Illness early warning
Section titled “Illness early warning”Each morning, Tempovi compares last night with your own baseline (the previous 60 nights) on five signals:
- wrist temperature (Apple Watch models that measure it)
- resting heart rate
- HRV
- breathing rate
- blood oxygen
If at least two are out of your normal range, a card appears on the home screen:
- Possible early signs of illness — no hard sessions today, and slightly less volume.
- Signs of illness — easy only, with clearly reduced volume.
A second unusual night in a row makes the warning stronger. The card gives you three choices:
- I’m sick — sets your status to Sick for 3 days.
- Not 100% — easy training for 5 days.
- I feel fine — dismisses the warning.
Tell Tempovi you’re not 100%
Section titled “Tell Tempovi you’re not 100%”Tap the status pill at the top of the home screen. Choose one of:
- Active — normal training.
- Not 100% — easy runs only, at your deload volume. Pick how long: 3, 5, 7 or 14 days.
- Sick, Injured or On a break — no training is planned.
You can set an until date. The plan is rebuilt as soon as you tap Save.
Coming back after a break
Section titled “Coming back after a break”After being sick, injured or on a break for 2 days or more, Tempovi brings you back gradually. The comeback lasts about as long as the break (between 3 and 14 days):
- First third — easy runs only.
- Middle third — no hard sessions.
- After that — normal training, with volume building back up from where your fitness now is.
Status changes are logged automatically in your Timeline.
